CUK Cooperative University of Kenya Courses Offered

CUK-Cooperative University College of Kenya seeks to admit students to its various academic programmes at Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors and Postgraduate levels. Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses. Download Application Forms online.

Intakes are in January,May and September every year.

Each course will have its own entry requirements, often specifying both the subjects you must already have studied, as well as the grades you will need to have achieved.

DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Duration of 4 semesters

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. KCSE (or its equivalent) with mean grade C- (Minus)
  2. O-Level Division III (or its equivalent)
  3. Credit Pass in a relevant Certificate Course from the Cooperative University of Kenya or a recognised institution.
  4. Holder of qualifications deemed to be equivalent to any of the above.
  5. Possession of the Minimum requirements does not guarantee automatic admission to Diploma Programmes.

DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Duration of 4 semesters

Requirements

  1. Holders of Bachelor degree with First Class Honours OR Second Class Honours, Upper Division in any field from the Co- operative University of Kenya or a recognized University.
  2. Second Class Lower Division in a relevant field from the Co- operative University of Kenya or a recognized University with at least two (2) years’ experience in research, administration, management or the public sector, as evidenced by at least one published paper in a refereed journal or Technical reports and patent documents.
  3. Bachelor’s degree with a pass in a relevant field from the Co- operative University of Kenya or a recognized University may be considered for admission if:

(a) he/she has at least five (5) years of relevant experience in research, administration, management or the public sector or:
(b) has a post-graduate diploma in a relevant field

CUK APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Application forms can either be obtained from the Admissions Office at the Co-operative University of Kenya, or downloaded here and should be submitted upon a payment of a non-refundable application fee of KSh. 2,000 for Postgraduate programmes, KSh. 1,500 for Bachelors  programmes and KSh. 500 for Diploma and Certificate programmes.
