Eldoret Polytechnic Application Forms and Admission Letters 2018

The Eldoret National Polytechnic Admissions Letters and Application Forms are now available for January, May and September 2018 intakes.

Application Form Modes

Postal Order:

Prospective students shall apply for the courses of their choice by completing the application coupon. The coupon is available alongside; in the newspaper that carries the advertisement, at the Admissions Office in the Main Campus OR alternatively download an application form.

The completed coupon should be returned to the main campus or mailed accompanied by copies of Relevant ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES, ID CARD and a bank deposit slip of NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE of Kshs 750/= (Postal Order) and should be addressed to the PRINCIPAL,THE ELDORET NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC.

Online Application Form:

Prospective students shall apply for the courses of their choice by logging in our website nd make their application online .Scanned Copies of Relevant ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES should be Uploaded.

Selection and Admission:

The Registrar selects the applicants who meet the stipulated entry requirements. The successful applicants will be notified through the addresses they shall have provided (Postal Phone and E-mail).The unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.

Admission Letter and Registration:

The successful applicants will be required to formally register for the programmes for which they have been called, upon receipt of the calling letter.This is upon payment of the statutory fees and the tuition fees.The deadline for registration will be indicated.
