The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has announced the tentative registration and reporting dates for fresh students who have been selected and admitted to join various programmes offered by the University.
Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology is situated in Juja, 36 Kilometres North East of Nairobi, along Nairobi-Thika Highway.
According to the University’s Registrar, Academic Affairs, Dr. Esther Muoria, students who will not be able to travel to the Main Campus for the exercise on the indicated registration dates, however, will have an option to do so on the reporting day, Monday, September 2, 2019.
Students joining the College of Engineering and Technology (COETEC) are set to commence registration from Monday, July 1, through to July 5, 2019, while those in the College of Health Sciences (COHES) will be expected to do so between July 8 through to 12, 2019. I hope the respective students for those courses have already done so.
Students joining the College of Human Resource Development (COHRED), will have an opportunity to register from July 15 to 19, 2019, while College of Pure and Applied Sciences (COPAS), will register students from July 22 to 26, while the College of Agriculture (COANRE) registration is scheduled to start July 29th to August 2, 2019.
To be on the safe side it is good to avoid the last minute rush and congestion associated with all groups of students registering on the same day because it can be really frustrating and tiresome, the new students have been encouraged to take advantage of the arrangement by registering early.
